How much do services cost? Do you take insurance? Read on for info on the financial aspects of care at Whole Health Dental Center.
How Much Does Treatment Cost?
We know that the answer “it depends” can seem unsatisfactory. However, there are quite a few variables involved that can affect the cost of your care, from the specific therapies involved to length of treatment, with plenty in between.
That said, there are no hidden costs when it comes to your care. We will be entirely up front and transparent with you about projected treatment costs before any treatment begins.
When Do I Need to Pay?
Unless other arrangements have been made, payment is expected at the time of service.
Which Forms of Payment Do You Take?
We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, but not American Express. We provide the necessary information for patients to file insurance on their own, including letter of medical necessity.
Do You have Any Financing Options Available?
We don’t currently offer any direct financing options.
Do You Take Insurance?
Whole Health Dental Center is a fee for service practice. This is because we believe that your doctor should determine the care you need, not an insurance company.
That said, many of the services we offer for sleep apnea and chronic pain CAN be submitted for medical reimbursement. You will just need to check with your insurer(s) to make sure you have out-of-network benefits.
As an out-of-network office, we are happy to help you file your claims to maximize your benefits.
